Notes:

Full Registration (Three Days) Rate- includes the Presidential Reception on Monday, October 23rd, and the Luncheon on Tuesday, October 24th. Additional Reception or Lunch tickets are available for $35.

Paying online once for multiple registrations

If you register for the conference and workshops simultaneously, you can make a single payment for multiple transactions (invoices).
