Registration

1. Vendor fee - full page ad – $700.00
Include full registration for the conference, one table with skirting and electricity and a full-page ad and logo in the conference digital program for one attendee. Additional attendees must be registered as guests with extra charge of $150 per person.
2. Platinum level Sponsorship (closed) – $2,000.00
Include full registration for the conference, a table with skirting and electricity, a full-page ad and logo in the conference digital program, a logo on signage at the conference, and recognition by the President at the podium for up to three attendees. The additional attendees must be registered as guests free of charge.
3. Platinum Plus level Sponsorship (closed) – $3,000.00
Include full registration for 3 attendees, a table with skirting and electricity, a full-page ad and logo in the conference digital program, a logo on signage at the conference, and recognition by the President at the podium. Sponsor for Luncheon or breaks, to provide food during the break, which will also be associated with your name and logo on signage. The additional attendees must be registered as guests free of charge.
5. Diamond Sponsorship (closed) – $4,000.00
Include a table with skirting and electricity, a full-page ad and logo in the conference digital program, a logo on signage at the conference, and recognition by the President at the podium, and allow for the NEDIAI to provide food during the President's Reception or Luncheon, which will also be associated with your name and logo on signage. The additional two attendees must be registered as guests free of charge.
6. Bronze level Sponsorship – $300.00
For those vendors and sponsors who can not attend but wish to support the New England Division Conference. The sponsorship will include a quarter-page ad and logo for the conference's digital program.
7. Silver level Sponsorship – $500.00
For those vendors and sponsors who can not attend but wish to support the New England Division Conference. The sponsorship will include a half-page ad and logo for the conference's digital program.
8. Gold level Sponsorship – $600.00
For those vendors and sponsors who can not attend but wish to support the New England Division Conference. The sponsorship will include a full-page ad and logo for the conference's digital program.

2026 NEDIAI Annual Conference

Room rates: $110 (Room rates are subject to a nightly $29.00 taxable resort fee and 9% VT State Tax)

Vendors will be responsible for making their own reservation by calling Central Reservations Office toll-free (1-800-451-4449). Attendees are required to inform the reservation agent of the Group Code: 1171068 and confirm the Group Name: NEDIAI 2026 to activate the discounted rate.
